Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data BoltSuite, a Wyoming company (“Bolt Suite”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, bolt-suite.com, and what we do with it. The site is a simple information page: there are no accounts, no forms, and no advertising.
1. What we collect
Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server records each request it receives: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser’s user-agent string, and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure (for example, to investigate errors or abuse). They are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Analytics — only if you accept. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics, which collects information about your visit: pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, your device type, browser and operating system, screen size, and an approximate location (city or country) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We use this only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used. If you click Reject, or never choose, Google Analytics is never loaded.
Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, name, and whatever you write, and use them to reply and to follow up on your enquiry.
We do not sell personal data, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for automated decisions about you.
2. Cookies
No cookies are set until you make a choice on the banner. After that:

Advertising features in Google Analytics (Google signals, ad personalisation, and the
ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization
consent signals) are switched off for this site.
3. Your choices
- You can reject analytics on the banner. Nothing from Google is loaded.
- You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the page footer.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal: Google Analytics is not loaded, even if you accepted earlier.
- You can also delete cookies or block them in your browser settings.
4. Who we share data with
- Google (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) provides Google Analytics and processes analytics data on our behalf, only if you accept. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Our hosting provider operates the server in the United States that stores the server logs described above.
- Authorities, if we are legally required to disclose information.
5. How long we keep it
- Server logs: 14 days.
- Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Emails: as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted.
6. International transfers
Our server is in the United States, and Google may process analytics data in the United States and other countries. Where data from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions), under which Google is certified, or on standard contractual clauses.
7. Legal bases (EU / UK visitors)
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
- Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Emails: our legitimate interest in replying to you, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws such as California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent. You will not be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email contact@bolt-suite.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
10. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and access to our server and logs is restricted to the people who operate it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
